Spots from Washing Machine |
Why do my color clothes have water spots
or white stains after being washed in the machine?
The white stains may be from residual bleach in your washer
from previous loads. If you use bleach on your whites, run
your machine through a rinse cycle after you empty your
clothes from the machine, then wipe out the washer drum.
The water spots may be from fabric softener. Do not add your
softener directly on the clothes. Use a ball dispenser and
add some water to the softener. If you don't have a ball
dispenser, wait until your rinse load is full of water
before you add the softener.. |
